How Easy is it to Get a Document Notarized Online?

  1. Schedule Your Appointment: Select a convenient time for your online notary session. You can make an appointment here.
  2. Upload Your Documents: Securely upload your documents to our platform or email them to amy@online-notary.us. We’ll prepare the electronic signature fields for your video call with the notary.
  3. Join Your Zoom Meeting: Access your notary session from your computer or mobile device. Try a test meeting beforehand to make sure your device will work: Join Zoom Test Meeting.
  4. Verify Your Identity: Once connected, the notary will ask to see your identification for the notary journal.
  5. Consent to Recording: The notary will request permission to record the session. Upon your approval, recording will begin, and you’ll be asked to confirm your name and the document being notarized.
  6. Sign and Complete: Sign the document when prompted via Adobe Acrobat Sign. The notary will then add their signature and notarize the document. You’ll receive a completed, notarized document via Adobe Sign once the session is finished.
