How Easy is it to Get a Document Notarized Online?
- Schedule Your Appointment: Select a convenient time for your online notary session. You can make an appointment here.
- Upload Your Documents: Securely upload your documents to our platform or email them to amy@online-notary.us. We’ll prepare the electronic signature fields for your video call with the notary.
- Join Your Zoom Meeting: Access your notary session from your computer or mobile device. Try a test meeting beforehand to make sure your device will work: Join Zoom Test Meeting.
- Verify Your Identity: Once connected, the notary will ask to see your identification for the notary journal.
- Consent to Recording: The notary will request permission to record the session. Upon your approval, recording will begin, and you’ll be asked to confirm your name and the document being notarized.
- Sign and Complete: Sign the document when prompted via Adobe Acrobat Sign. The notary will then add their signature and notarize the document. You’ll receive a completed, notarized document via Adobe Sign once the session is finished.
